Delegates financial authority at the levels assigned.
Advises on the financial strategies for new and existing organizations within AMIRAL or its partnering organizations as required.
Works on Mergers & Acquisitions / Start-ups and key issues with Senior Management / Board.
Participates in the structuring of AMIRAL to meet the planned vision of the Company.
Develops fundraising proposals.
Directs the preparation of the annual budget in cooperation with Senior Management and provides operating departments with budget allocations at the beginning of the year.
Undertakes treasury management.
Oversees long-term budgetary planning risk and cost management in alignment with AMIRAL’s plans, including potential acquisitions, and collaboration with external organizations.
