Job Description

- Manages, oversees and directs the Finance Team.
- Delegates financial authority at the levels assigned.
- Advises on the financial strategies for new and existing organizations within AMIRAL or its partnering organizations as required.
- Works on Mergers & Acquisitions / Start-ups and key issues with Senior Management / Board.
- Participates in the structuring of AMIRAL to meet the planned vision of the Company.
- Develops fundraising proposals.
- Directs the preparation of the annual budget in cooperation with Senior Management and provides operating departments with budget allocations at the beginning of the year.
- Undertakes treasury management.
- Oversees long-term budgetary planning risk and cost management in alignment with AMIRAL’s plans, including potential acquisitions, and collaboration with external organizations.
