Develops and maintains workforce measurement reports; provides a scheduled computerized maintenance management system summary of division performance, and identifies those areas where efficiency and effectiveness may be improved.
Provides summary analyses, projections, and associated recommendations to senior management.
Evaluates and proposes changes to work processes and associated systems to improve the efficiency of the department's stewardship of resources.
