Supporting the compilation of tender, evaluation and selection of professional services contractors (including obtaining firm prices and/or budget estimates for future works and variations and proof of insurances).
Reviewing, assessing and processing contractor payment requests, variations, claims and invoices.
Preparing, issuing and responding to general correspondence in relation to the contract in question.
Contributing to and managing the project forecasts and budget estimates for the project.
Contributing to identification, reporting and mitigation of project risks, including management of the risks.
Reviewing and redrafting (as necessary) correspondence with the main works contractor.
Reviewing and giving advice on meeting minutes and other records including main works contractor monthly reports.
