- The Senior MEP Engineer manage construction supervision, quality control, hand over and other site operations related to MEP.
- Coordinate with all concerned parties and relevant stakeholders on all construction (and design) issues.
- Monitors Quality Assurance (QA/QC) regarding the installation of all work for compliance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards. Prevent and report issues, prepare mitigation plans as required and keep track of the status and progress of works on site.
- Monitors that all applicable tests and frequent inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures as per local regulations and international standards.
- Collaborates with construction management to identify hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees.
- Monitors that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.
- Monitor concerned authorities (agencies) approvals.
- Monitor and report on deficiencies related to planned resources.
- Coordinate (as necessary) all utility matters between contractors and all concerned Agencies.
