- Manage the engagement and identify new opportunities
- Deliver plans on time which are compliant with corporate standards
- Communicate and effectively disseminates required goals to managers and their teams
- Maintain effective mechanisms for monitoring performance and initiates corrective action as appropriate
- Ensures that the budget is tightly managed and awards are fairly administered in a way that recognises genuine high performance
- Essential skills
- MSc in computer science, information technology, business administration or equivalent
- Scrum, SAFe or other agile certifications
- ITIL / COBIT certification
- 20+ years of experience in leading transformation projects with important change resistance
- Consulting background
