- Conduct prefilling inspection of cylinders as per Best operating procedure • Fill gas cylinders as per standard operating procedure. • Report gas volume / no of cylinders filled in his shift. • Operating mini PC for barcode scanning / Filling module PLC operation • Responsible for Cryogenic bulk liquid products offloading in his shift by applying standard operating procedure • Coordinate with the concern for filling equipments maintenance and calibration of measuring devices. • Apply minimum standards of HSE instructions in daily activities • Report shifts wise product loss to supervisor • Follow ISO QMS in the filling process • Involve for team discussion and provide suggestion and recommendations for improvement • Report KPI’s • Responsible for overall housekeeping in production premises. • Any other jobs assigned by direct manager
