- Receipt and storage of incoming goods to the warehouse and exchange from them

- Supervises the reception of goods incoming to the warehouse, examines them and matches their specifications with the attached documents and invoices.

- Receives, stores and arranges the incoming materials according to the approved storage rules.

- Supervises the preparation of input and output documents and their recording in the warehouse records.

- Maintains updated manual or automated records of the recipient, the spent, and the inventory in the warehouse, according to the company's applicable systems.

- Supervises the preparation of periodic statistical reports on the recipient, expenditure and inventory and submits them to his immediate superior.

He informs his immediate superior upon reaching the point of re-ordering.

He informs his direct superior about the stagnant or damaged materials and recommends the necessary measures in this regard.

- Assists the inventory committees in taking stock of the objects in the warehouse.

Ensures that security and safety controls are applied in the warehouse.

Ensures that warehouse databases are up to date.

- Performs any other work assigned to him by his direct superior that falls within the nature of the job’s work.
