S/He also oversees and monitors all activities that require data analytics and acts as a subject matter expert in the design and recommendation of appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies in addressing key issues within the school. 4.2 Classroom practice: In collaboration with Heads of Section, Leaders of Learning, Grade Level Leaders, IB Coordinators and teachers, facilitate consistent implementation of strategies for learning and assessment; oversee the quality of learning, teaching, and assessment practices across the school. 4.3 Curriculum development: Participates in the development, implementation and oversight of curriculum, teaching and learning, and assessment in all school divisions. 4.4 A Focus on Students: Collaborate with specific individuals and groups to ensure the education of the whole child for all students at ISL Qatar. 4.5 Professional Learning: Take charge of all school professional development programs (organization of professional in-service days, in-house workshops, conferences, and presenters).
