We are looking to hire qualified Property Supervisor who can join our dynamic team.
Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise the work of employees in the general maintenance and servicing of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling properties.
- At least 3 years in supervising.
- Must have a professional knowledge in Maximo and Microsoft Office Suite.
- With valid Qatar Driving License (Light).
- Must have a training and certification in GCSS.
