A well-renowned government company is hiring aPerformance Evaluation Senior Specialist:

Requirements;

  • Please send Educational & Experience Certificates along with the CV.
  • Should have at least 6 years of relevant working experience in GCC with a preferable experience in the health sector.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or bachelor’s degree in a Health care Stream. A relevant Human Resources Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Performance management system, preferably Oracle.
  • Must have clear and concise skills in preparing performance evaluation objectives, competencies, rating methods.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Identify Goals, Objective (SMART), Competencies, and areas of assessment for all positions in line with PHCC Organizational goals, objectives, and duties and responsibilities of the specific roles.
  • Develop assessment, competency areas, appropriate rating criteria based on job position in coordination with the respective Department Heads and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Establish guidelines to develop/update the assessment criteria and seek review from respective Subject Matter Experts, respective departments, etc.
  • Review and analyze the existing clinical appraisal templates and annual electronic appraisal process of PHCC.
  • Design and develop the new appraisal templates in coordination with PHCC Oracle team.
  • Upload and integrate the new appraisal templates in oracle ERP system in coordination with PHCC Oracle team. Communicate with respective directorates to prioritize and assign responsibilities in the data collection phase.
