- Support Cybersecurity team in daily tasks which includes but not limited to, prioritizing cyber incidents, investigation, and troubleshooting
- Support compliance audit program in collecting and analyzing data/information, identify gaps and follow up of remediation actions
- Support cyber risk management in coordinating and executing remediation actions, monitoring and reporting
- Process cybersecurity service requests adhering to policy and procedures
- Analyze suspicious emails submitted by users and provide recommendations
- Be an advocate of cybersecurity awareness, staying on top of cybersecurity trends and incorporate best practices into daily work
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
