Drive the company vehicles in accordance with the legal requirements and company procedures. Ensure that the company vehicles are driven with due care and attention. Inspect vehicles for defects and safe operating condition before, during, and after trips and submit a written report on the condition of the vehicle at the end of each trip or tour of duty. Ensure that the company vehicle provided is presented in a clean and tidy manner. Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. Maintain records, such as vehicle log- in & log- out time and other records. Inspect and maintain vehicle before driving or supplies, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
