The QATAR medical group seeking to recruit CCLS credential - Certified Child Life Specialist to work in QATAR. The ideal candidates for this vacancies will have: • Current - CCLS credential - Certified Child Life Specialist. To obtain the CCLS credential the candidate must pass the CCLS exam (available worldwide) resulting in CCLS credential. OR • Current - Registered Hospital Play Therapist / Health care Play therapist in the the UK / New Zealand. The Average TOTAL SALARY OFFER is 12100 QAR (basic + transport allowance) per month which is +/- 4300 AUD/ 2500 GBP. + Additional benefits furnished accommodation, flight tickets etc. Global Medical Recruiting (GMR) is a "Registered Recruitment Partner" with the Medical Group in Qatar. Minimum Requirements PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: To be considered for the vacancy you must have one of the following: 1. Current - CCLS credential - Certified Child Life Specialist. To obtain the CCLS credential the candidate must pass the CCLS exam (available worldwide) resulting in CCLS credential. OR 2. Current - Registered Hospital Play Therapist/ Health care Play therapist in the the UK / New Zealand. EDUCATION: Minimum: Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Studies or equivalent degree in either Early Childhood Studies, or Child Development / or Therapeutic Play. Preferred: Masters or Post-graduate Diploma in Child Life / Therapeutic Play. EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting, working with children and families. Preferred: At least 1 year experience working with children and families in a hospital or in a community health care setting.
