Minimum 5 years related management experience in a financial services organization
Reviews account information for restrictions and funds availability
Provide Sales Development and Mentoring to entire Real Estate Lending Department
Assist department in home loan process from origination to closing and to provide excellent service to HFCU members, internal customers and external partners originate mortgage loans for HFCU in accordance with secondary market standards, HFCU policies and all governing regulations
Assist members who are not eligible in understanding what it will take to be qualified in future
Lead the sales process for the entire MLO team and help initiate sales contacts and participate in Home buying seminars, cafe visits, and realtor events to promote mortgage lending at HFCU
Ensures that all direct reports and their subordinates are maintaining acceptable performance levels
Conducts Staff meetings regularly to review new business requirements
Procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
