Job Description

- Managing company events such as annual banquets or awards ceremonies
- Managing a team of employees including hiring, training, scheduling, appraising performance, and providing feedback
- Developing and implementing wellness programs such as smoking cessation programs and weight loss clubs
- Coordinating and managing employee activities such as company picnics, charity fund raising events, and sporting events
- Developing and implementing programs that promote employee satisfaction and retention
- Developing and implementing workplace policies and procedures according to company guidelines
- Participating in hiring decisions to ensure candidates meet company standards and are a good fit with the culture of the organization
- Coordinating employee benefits such as health insurance, 401K plans, and paid time off policies
- Ensuring that the workplace environment is safe and healthy through proper maintenance of equipment and facilities
