- Also you take on responsibility of compliance matters with internal policies and external regulations in Patient Organisation interactions/collaborations, strategy planning, communication and implementation
- Works to prevent grievances from arising by analyzing data to identify patterns of recurring problems and recommending changes in systems, policies, procedures and practices to prevent the same
- Assist the Associate Director of Patient Engagement (PE) with implementation of multiple patient engagement projects that facilitate cross functional collaboration
- Supporting business process improvements in support of PE
- Identify and help implement technological solutions that help capture, evaluate, and disseminate promising practices for patient engagement
- Highlights medical therapeutic area expertise in (trade) media
- Interacts on a regular basis with multi-disciplinary groups
- Coordinate public relations, creative/advertising, media buying and digital agencies in the scope of internal and external communication programs
- Manage reputation and media/social media programs in line with business needs and priorities
- Identify opportunities, develop strategic communications and manage the execution of internal and external communication programs
