Be the focal point of contact as coordinator and facilitator of all the tasks, activities, correspondences, and communications related to the stakeholders and third-party developer requests such as NOCs, Permits etc. on behalf of the Client’s Community Management (CMO) team.
Responsible for receiving the third-party developer’s requests, delegating the tasks to the PMC Engineering support team, consolidating the inputs, and providing the necessary and relevant output or feedback to CMO and third-party developers.
Track and follow up all the CMO related tasks to ensure that all the requested tasks are processed and successfully completed as per the agreed time frame.
Set up technical meeting discussions between all parties for any required clarifications and coordination to fully understand the requirements and successfully complete the tasks.
Prepare and manage all necessary communication including draft letters such as NOC’s, Circular Memos, Notifications, etc. on behalf of CMO for circulation to the stakeholders and third-party developers.
Provide technical support to CMO including reviews and updates of all CMO related tasks and documents such as Welcome Package, procedures, billings, metering records, service charges etc.
