- Greet patient / guests on arrival at admission.
- Handle admission process and complete necessary documentation.
- Verify patient data / update file (Physical File and in HIS).
- Handle telephone management and support patient queries.
- Handle Insurance Pre-Approvals.
- Handle concurrent billing and collection.
- Submit the collection to the Central Cashier on daily basis and reconcile.
