Promotes and markets IsDB Treasury instruments in the financial markets. 􀁸 Reviews recommendations for potential counterparties for placements of funds, short-term borrowings, and forex and hedging transactions, in accordance with the established criteria. 􀁸 Reviews amendments on Treasury Agreements and Funds Management Agreements. 􀁸 Closely works with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding of the new counterparties and business partners. 􀁸 Maintains an effective and reliable professional relationship with financial market players for mobilizing and placement of funds. 􀁸 Conducts due diligence on investment private placements with potential issuers other than primary and secondary Sukuk investments. 􀁸 Works closely with IMDT and Middle Office to ensure complete implementation and onboarding of projects and counterparties
