We are looking for a Secretary to manage our front desk on a daily basis receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide reception service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
• Meet and great visitors and redirect them as appropriate
• Providing support to the administrative functions
• Utilizing available technologies to serve our clients
• Managing Call Center Operations
• Identify customers' needs and offer solutions
• Assuring customer's satisfaction through maintaining a comfortable and neat reception area that is well organized and equipped with sufficient material, brochures
• Greeting & interacting well with visitors.
• Ensuring a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
• Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook & issuing visitors badges.
• Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service and support.
• High quality call script delivery & on target customer conversion.
• Problem solving with positive attitude.
• Excellent relationship building with ability to form a rapport with any customers

Qualification :
• High School Certificate Experience:
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred).
