- Viewing the properties to the tenants and buyers.
- Preparing Municipality contacts.
- Follow up with customers as per their requirements.
- Follow up with property consultant
- Approach new client
- Reach company target
- Daily Report to GM
Requirements
- Experience in real estate or as a property consultant is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little management involvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
- Candidates must be organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Clear and Effective communication skills.
