Job Description: This position is responsible for supporting the downstream selling of devices as well as fuel our Fair Market Value (FMV) on a global scale. This person will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) but will also provide support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) regarding the trends of the global secondary market. This person will also work closely with our Director of Device Sales on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Able to build strong customer relationships for downstream device sales - Sign up 2 new customers in the MrC buyer network a week Promote weekly inventory lists to new potential customers via cold calling, emails, texting or through WhatsApp Create, manage, and fulfill e-commerce orders Maximize profits by negotiating with buyers on pricing Create invoices and help manage RMAs Provide pricing insights for the global secondary market of phones, tablets and laptops on a bi-weekly basis Analyze market trends and provide updates to ELT on a regular basis Manage Mobile reCell’s Fair Market Value tool within our Asset Recovery Platform (ARP) Create and manage quotes for our upstream business development team Additional asset remarketing responsibilities as needed Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant asset (e.g. Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, etc) remarketing experience in global markets is preferred ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) industry experience is a plus Bi-lingual preferred but not required Excellent communication and organizational skills Understanding of global secondary market pricing trends Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel Must have a thorough understanding of CRM software (HubSpot currently in use) Ability to multitask, prioritize and work successfully both independently and as part of a team Ability to build rapport with others and create positive positioning within a particular context or subject matter Demonstrated success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions, divisions, and executive leadership to accomplish tasks Experience with building out scalable processes Strong leadership skills Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay: $60,000-$70,000 plus commissions & bonuses ($100k+ OTE) Employer sponsored health insurance Employer sponsored supplemental accident insurance Dental and Vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off Retirement plan with employer matching Less
