- Provide distinguished therapeutic services in a specific physiotherapy specialty.
- Perform a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment.
- Develop individual physiotherapy treatment goals and implement plans using advanced clinical reasoning skills and updated treatment techniques.
- Provide the scientific and administrational consultations for physiotherapy staff.
- Report to medical manager of the Center.
- Attend weekly clinical meeting.
- Organize and participates in continuous education programs (CME).
- Work on setting co-operative strategies with the medical team members to provide the perfect quality health care.
- Participate in constructing and developing a specialized units in a specific physiotherapy specialty related to his/her own specialty.
- Supervise and coordinate responsibilities and give overall advice to staff physiotherapist.
- Provide high quality physiotherapy services which is tailored to meet the demands of the total health care services.
- Monitor the performance of each physiotherapy competency assessment.
- Identify the training needs of each staff and coordinate with the training source and staff development.
- Participate in Center meeting and coordinate departmental activities.
- Promote team work and contribute to good patients’ flow.
- Ensure department compliance with health and safety policies.
