- Develop meaningful and creative content to target and attract diverse range of customers.
- Translate item specifications and description in appealing terms to give full clarity to the customers on items.
- Manage content revision for the existing translations and items’ descriptions.
- Translate English content to Arabic and vice versa and balance the meaning to ensure avoiding word for word translation.
- Translate copy for all promotional activities, including banners, competitions, designer launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Adhere to the tone of voice to ensure consistency of style and tone on the website.
- Carry out amendments required from the internal stakeholders or any amendments required by the brands.
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy
- Responsible for creating content and translating different types of texts including but not limited to Fashion, Lifestyle, Furniture, Footwear, Pharmaceutical and Commercial materials.
- Consult with the internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand specialized concepts to translate them appropriately.
- Manage translations on HTML Code.
- Ensure completing the tasks and track the requests using the internal request system “Jira Tickets”.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as per manager’s instructions.
