- Understand customers’ needs and requirements and use solid products’ knowledge to fulfill those needs effectively.
- Acquiring customers through utilizing inbound calls and leads and existing customers’ follow up as well as outbound cold calls, and represent the company well for all inquiries received.
- Keep an eye on monthly sales target and utilize all possible opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling.
- Entering daily sales into the company’s system, update the Business Development Manager on achieved sales, and hand over the cash to the next in shift or to the Driver for deposit end of the day.
