• Designing solutions for productive and efficient use of customer systems.
• Supporting Sales in identifying client requirements in selling cycle and recommending apt solution
• Following up the customer requests for support ensuring optimum resolution up to customer needs and satisfaction
• Maintaining system updates that would enhance the system performance.
• Reporting to the System Specialists the efficiency and issues of customer environments and suggest the suitable improvements.
• Following up on the license renewal for the applications involved in the document solutions provided to the customers.
