Job Description

- You are responsible to drive customer experience, sales and profit performance for all the stores under your responsibility in line with the KIKO Brand Strategy.
- You will increase motivation and develop your staff by managing, coaching & training the Store Managers within your area.
- You are the link between HQ, Head of Retail and the field seeking for constant communication and alignment.
- You will monitor that Business KPIs are in line with goals and set follow-up action plans for the area.
- You will update the HQ with relevant market trends.
- You will play an active role in the recruitment of your teams.
- You guarantee that the stores are compliant with all KIKO standards.
- Together with the Head of Retail you will develop the strategic vision for stores in UAE.
