- Study the needs of beneficiaries to build and develop computer systems and applications.
- Gather information about the system through users, documents, regulations and instructions related to the system.
- Prepare the analytical study of the system to contain the objectives and determinants of the system and data flow map.
- Identify input and reporting programs (output programs), viewing and updating to be comprehensive to user requirements.
- Determine the relationship of the system with other systems.
- Preparation of technical specifications for programs to be programmed by the programmer in one of the programming languages.
- Examining the programs that the programmer writes and verifying their compliance with the specifications.
- Develop solutions to obtain information from stored data.
- Re-examination of operating systems that do not meet user requirements and re-development.
- Prepare the time plans and programs necessary to implement the project.
- Applying the standards used in analyzing the system and working procedures.
- Preparation of technical work reports.
- Training and development of subordinates.
