- Analyzes and supports systems, including testing, training, implementation and ongoing daily end user support.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues with software functionality.
- Configures efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
- Assists with documenting changes required to correct problems or defects.
- Identifies, documents, communicates and assists with system problems and resolution for all Clinical and relevant systems.
- Contributes to the revision of requirements, business rules and engineering artifacts.
