1. Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for district warehouses and stores 2. Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization 3. Direct and review work plan for assigned staff 4. Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions 5. Monitor storeroom and warehouse material usage 6. Provide assistance in warehouse space utilization by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency 7. Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies 8. Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage 9. Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems 10. Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel 11. Implement discipline and termination procedures 12. Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary 13. Assist with budget preparation and administration 14.
