  • Developing and implementing a business plan and salesstrategy for the market that ensures attainment of company salesgoals and profitability.
  • Good Knowledge onSales Account Management
  • Good Client, PartnerRelationship Skills, Developing new sales leads andprospects.
  • Providing timely feedback to seniormanagement regarding performance.
  • Providingtimely, accurate, competitive pricing on all proposals submitted,while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls,appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Liaison with Country Managers to understand details ofproduct direction and communicate information back tocustomers.
  • Responsible for staying abreast ofproduct roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, featuresand functions within each of the products and how these are appliedto address business and technical problems.
  • Responsible for understanding business and technicalproblems addressed by the products including key regulations,business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
  • Attendance at StarLink events and conferences and workingwith customers and Partners to stay on top of changes in businessissues / requirements / regulations / Technology and understand where themarket is going.
  • Responsible for stayingcurrent on competitive analyses and understanding differentiatorsbetween the company and its competitors.
  • Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoringcommunications to address business needs of potentialclients.
  • Responsible for working with team todevelop and deliver training on business problems, products, andmessages for new team members, Partners and customers.
  • Coordinate requirements for Proofs of Concept (POCs) withCountry Manager and Pre-Sales team
  • Demonstrateability to interact and cooperate with all companyemployees.
  • Work closely with Vendors,Distributors and customers as well as the professional services andsales teams to design and package security solutions,
  • Define strategy to achieve targets and to follow the setstrategy.
  • Generate business opportunities byworking with Customers and Channel partners.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, andother activity reports in NetSuite.
  • Maintain an effective ITSecurity Operations by creating asecurity & service aware culture withinthe organization and with customers.
  • Co-ordinate with pre sales team, toprovide technical expertiseon solutions to customer through productpresentations, demonstrations and pilotimplementations.
  • 100% completion ofdeals by methodically producing customer securityrequirements and mapping &demonstrating appropriate solutions.
  • Consistently maintain healthy business relationswith clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by achievingdelivery & service quality norms.
  • Mustbe able to handle escalation management by proactive& reactive assistance to customers.
  • Maintain a record of all issues related tocustomers showing consistent drop in issues and improvedperformance and effectiveness of solutions.
  • Accomplish monthly / quarterly audits forcustomers for GAP analysis & make recommendations as perindustry standards and best practices.
  • Deliver accurate project documentation& effectivecustomer trainings.
  • Responsible forproviding feedback from the market to the Management regardingproducts including coordinating gaps between product functionalityand Partner / customer demands.
  • Analyzing andidentifying Key Product & Industry Solution Gaps andsteering various Product Positioning Functions to formulate marketpenetration plans.
  • Managing and developingvendor relationship as well as developing new business with newCustomers.
  • Work with Sales Personnel toprovide product, business and technical knowledge in support ofpre-sales activities and present tailored solutions to satisfy thecustomer needs.
  • Exceed all activity standardsfor prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals andcloses.
  • Work with Country Managers andMarketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure salespromotions are developed and messages communicated to theteam.
  • Responsible for Partner Enablement inKuwait
  • Adheres to all company policies,procedures and business ethics code
