Job Description

- Manages preventive maintenance routines to assigned equipment including 3rd party test equipment
- Investigates and solves technical problems that involve equipment and processes that affect product quality and equipment reliability
- Responsible for maintaining all electrical equipment at the unit level including circuit breakers, Medium voltage contractors, low voltage power circuit breakers, low voltage motor control centers, motors, PLC's and the control equipment associated with operation of the electrical infrastructure
- Ensure code compliance with all State and Federal codes and compliance with Company policies and procedures including annual inspections of the above referenced equipment and facilities
- Assure that information related to maintenance, operation and training activities and changes to procedures and equipment are up-to-date and accurately recorded
- Train a well motivated, competent workforce capable of carrying out the various tasks necessary to maintain the safe, reliable and economic operations of all equipment using prepared, up-to-date training programs
- Initialing maintenance contact for any unplanned Production Area shutdown, equipment failure, or unplanned need for instrumentation maintenance
- Provide guidance and supervision on the determination of severity, course of action, and notification of relevant personnel of potential issues, equipment failures
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports and preventative maintenance programs for all I&E maintenance equipment
- Supervise nonexempt and other employees within platform teams
