- Demonstrate technical understanding of DAI services their application within a customer’s sophisticated environment
- Analyze business objectives and related technical requirements into an implementable software architecture
- Development and execution of customer success plans.
- Act as a customer advocate involving pre-sales, sales, R&D, and support and peers in professional services
- Develop positive relationships with customer leaders at all levels of an organization – from CIO and business leaders to IT authorities, professionals, and architects
- Translate business objectives into analytics roadmaps, identifying a series of data visualizations that will help customers make informed business decisions leading to realization of value
- Understand customer source system data architecture and translate into analytic data structures vital for data visualization
