Job Description

- Audit the Job card as per manufacturer Standards. Concern Cause Correction to be checked
- Read the details of the Repair and understand the technician write up which should be as per Manufacturer standards.
- Flat Rating Jobs as per the manufacturer Service Labor Time Standards.
- Recording or Typing the Concern cause Correction in Dealer management System with appropriate Condition and Concern Codes.
- Invoicing Job card in DMS and record Claim Number in Job card.
- Submission of Claim through DMS
- Communicate with Workshop Supervisor, Technician, Team Leader.
- Both written and verbal communication talents are important.
