- Improve client processes
- Analyse existing ops processes of a client (warehouse, couriers, headquarters)
- Transform operational processes so they meet our requirements, developing exact transformation plan for a client to execute with our advice
- Analyse current incentive system of ops functions and improve it (key metrics, target values, levers to achieve)
- Quickly analyze legal requirement to ops in a given country
- Set up pilot stores
- Track daily metrics of a pilot store and assess baseline/target values for key metrics
- Understand partners pain points and decide on solutions
- Create store layout and add to all the IT systems with help of product team
- Help to run first acceptances, deliveries
