Annual Business Plan and Budgeting for all department under the scope
Provide management and technical input to the team
Lead the team to execution of plan as per strategy and budget
Keeping Top management apprised of product issues, dispositions and quality improvement plans.
Ensure good and positive synchronization of the Quality section with all other departments of the company
Identifying quality improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions.
Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing to receive regular customer feedback on the products
