Job Description

- Deliver and receive cash / clearing cheques / other documents from central bank of Kuwaitpromptly.
- Responsible for hand delivery of important department mails / documents to the respective companies in time.
- Responsible for delivering collection cheques (BCC / CBP) to various banks and obtaining acknowledgements.
- Responsible for receiving guests from the airports and hotels as when required.
- Prompt despatch of inward & outward mails according to the criticality of documents.
- Be customer-driven and try to give suggestions for process improvements.
- Assist the department in any other job assigned by the administration officer.
