- Lead a multi-national workforce within the workshop, service reception, warranty and administrative team
- Set and maintain high operational standards for the business
- Agree budgets, forecasts and KPIs for the business
- Operate an efficient and profitable business
- Highlight and rectify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Ensure CSI remains above targets
- Manage and close customer complaints effectively
- Report on departmental performance on a monthly basis
- Aftersales marketing
- Staffing - appointment, training, development, appraisals etc.
