Job Description

  • Responsible to keenly monitoring of submission of claims by the staff on daily basis.
  • Proactively develop and follow up on an appropriate plan of action for pending and ongoing disability claims.
  • Adheres to established Reception departmental policies and procedures and initiates
  • action in attending to the patients as per established procedures
  • Responsible for being courteous and prompt in attending the patient, with the basic idea of
  • “rendering service with a smile”
  • Verify all insurance information obtains from the insurance section, and in overall responsible for insurance accurateness and performing related work as required.
  • Verifies all insurance benefits assigned to the clinic to determine insurance coverage meets the standards as per the company and/or policy
  • Check and monitor the updating of insurance data base in line with each medical insurance policy.
  • Ensure all the employees of the Dept. are oriented with Insurance terms & conditions and policy and procedures. Staff training
  • Maintains departmental records and files, and takes care of departmental equipment
  • Participates in departmental meetings and related in-service educational programs
