Job Description

- Basic functions of cleaning and repairing Analogue, Quartz and Digital watches.
- .
Replace worn out/faulty components and movable parts of watches from dis-assembly to final assembly using testing instruments.
- .
Function includes performing product analysis on malfunctioning watches and finds out root cause of defect.
- .
Perform repair work according to the nature of defect and restore faulty watches to working condition.
- .
Perform repair costs estimation and inform customers according to needs.
- .
Handle customer inquiries from service receptions, emails to telephone calls.
- .
All other Casio products that are assigned on ad hoc basis (Training provided)
