Job Description

- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures to carry out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a world-class service.
- Respond to TEC employees’ requests for technical assistance via phone, chat, or email and resolve problems with networks and/or software systems; document requests and issue a request ticket accordingly.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify and restore employees’ computer hardware and software when required.
- Ensure being up to date with current system information, changes, and updates for all software/applications used in TEC.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Establish reports for received complaints, problems, issues, and/or frequently asked questions.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on the installation of software, the configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting.
- Follow up with employees to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Assist with access control configuration to employees across TEC.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by the Support Services Lead.
