Job Description

- Plan and execute the selection, installation, and configuration of server hardware, software, and operating systems and define system and operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, wireless access points, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Maintain Datacenter Rack layouts for connectivity and support purposes
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues as they occur.
- Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when required.
- Establish system specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements.
- Maintain system performance by system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, and operating system.
- Administer and support core Microsoft, Linux, and virtualization technologies
