Job Description

- Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law, procedures and policies.
- Responsible for the administration of employment visa documents for submission to the Ministry of Labour and Department of Immigration.
- Responsible for the administration of Trade License documents for submission to the relevant Municipality.
- Provide administration, submission and collection of legal documents and visas.
- Follow up with the PRO Assistant for visa updates and keep track of all application.
- Monitor and organize any staff-related administrative requirements, including visa renewal, driver’s license etc. both in Arabic and English.
- Process deliveries/collection of documentation or employees as requested by PRO admin/HR Manager.
- Accompany employees and dependents to relevant ministry departments, traffic department, or medical testing facility as required.
- Obtain visas from Embassies for staff members for their business travel as required.
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
