SUPERVISES A COMBINATION OF CLERICAL, WORD PROCESSING AND RELATED OFFICE FUNCTIONS SUCH AS POSTING DATA TO VARIOUS RECORDS AND FORMS, MAINTAINING CHARTS, GATHERING DATA FROM VARIOUS SOURCES, PREPARING REPORTS, AND ANSWERING AND FILING CORRESPONDENCE. LEVEL DESCRIPTION: INCUMBENTS AT THIS LEVEL DIRECT A GROUP OF TWO OR MORE INDIVIDUALS. DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY MAY BE FOR EITHER NONEXEMPT OR EXEMPT EMPLOYEES. COORDINATES THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES.
