Arranging MOH registration application licenses for all clinical and technical staff and reviews all applied documents with the team to verify compliance with the required qualifications (personal data, educational degrees, previous experience certificates)

Contacts the selected physician after obtaining approval on their applications to complete the process.

Drafts the required correspondence to request personal interview appointment for the clinical and technical staff; and revise it with the supervisor.

Work on completion of the personal file for the mentioned staff in relation to preparation of appointment decisions, follows up of signing the employment contracts, data – entry of all their personal information into the current software system.

Follows up with representatives the procedures in the Health Licensure department in the Ministry of Health in Kuwait and the work process (personal file completion, medical check-up, the certificates evaluation from the higher institute, etc.) and reports it to the supervisor.
