- Provide on-time logistics at cost-competitive costs to operations.
- Manage domestic movements of equipment.
- Optimize Equipment utilization, select the most cost-effective routings, and secure delivery as per the established service level.
- Analyze import and export documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy of documentation as per compliance standards and as per local requirements.
- Ensure Duty tariffs are correctly applied.
- Follow up on international movements and ensure continuous improvements on Time Delivery
- Ensure full compliance with TCC as per COMPANY standards and any queries or deviations are immediately reported.
- Manage light vehicle requests to ensure full optimization.
- Ensure proper freight and customs cost allocation in P&L, through proper tracking of costs and introduction of systemized processes to ensure P&L integrity.
