- Develop procedures for the work to be done
- Monitoring the drill bits performance at the rig sites
- implementing the drilling recommendations and plans to achieve the target KPI for each job
- Develop work reports: analyze the bit condition and prepare the run report.
- Perform the work according to APL's HSE & QA manual
- Identify potential improvements
- Participate in design reviews
- Participate in project experience reviews
- Participate in projects/service tasks
