- Support the Growth team to meet or exceed registration, lead conversion, and pipeline influence targets for each event/sponsorship
- Stabilize and establish best practices and processes for events, conferences, and sponsorships
- Outline and design event formats for community and corporate ML engineers
- Build strong relationships with partners
- Data Evaluation - understand what we are measuring and derive decisions based on metrics
- Collaborate with Team Lead to establish goals and OKRs for events & sponsorships
