Implementing the organisation’s recruiting strategy via the following:
1.Understanding management operational needs through meeting briefs.
2.Advising required staff members, qualifications and job descriptions as per management briefs and hiring objectives.
3.Developing and approving job descriptions and hiring strategies; for each vacancy, from management.
4.Developing a hiring strategy budget for each vacancy's hiring process.
5.Advising and developing a recruitment budget and offer/package structure for applicants according to position, market pay scale and approving it from management.
6.Handle the entire recruitment process from initiation up till candidate’s completion of their recruitment probation period.
(Interviewing applicants, administering pre-employment tests, completing background investigations, performing job evaluations and job analysis, analysing, and concluding the required position salary budget, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures).
