- Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal department.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements.
- Manage the relationship with outsourced legal firms across all countries
- Review all contractual agreements and assess potential legal implications which need to be brought to management attention
- Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions whenever required
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify potential legal risks and related courses of actions
- Provide legal advices whenever required
- Manage trademarks registration process and provide required updates
